Meet Dr. Reid—a wellness aficionado who's been on a mission to unlock the secrets of human wellness and longevity for over 25 years. If you’re looking for someone who embodies the Wellness Lifestyle, look no further. Dr. Reid doesn’t just talk the talk; he’s a walking, running, stretching, and cold-plunging advertisement for living a high-quality life. His arsenal of chiropractic techniques, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative magic isn’t just about chasing away pesky symptoms; it’s about optimizing the mind-body.

Known for his blend of compassion, unreasonable hospitality, laser-sharp focus on diagnosis, and thinking outside the box, Dr. Reid specializes in tackling everything from acute and chronic spinal pain, headaches, TMJ syndrome, and those tricky conditions that do not seem to respond with other practitioners. He’s a firm believer in the power of knowledge and knows that informed patients are empowered patients—ones who achieve their health goals faster and more efficiently.

Dr. Reid’s journey into the world of chiropractic care began at the University of Victoria Sports Injury Clinic, where he spent four years as an assistant physiotherapist, discovering his passion for human performance. He continued through the University of Victoria in Kinesiology along the way, he also wore the hats of personal strength trainer, nationally certified coach in both badminton and archery, and assistant trainer for Canada’s junior national rugby team. He then Graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2000 and started his practice in 2001. As an adventure seeker, he enjoys various sports but finds his true calling in obstacle racing, two’s beach volleyball, and adventure travel in places like Nepal, Patagonia, and Iceland.

His philosophy? Anyone—whether young in years or young at heart—can achieve extraordinary health with the right mix of knowledge, inspiration, and action. Dr. Reid is dedicated to guiding his patients on this journey, not just through innovative treatment, but through education, inspiration, and living by example. His mantra is simple: better health through better living, by working with nature, not against it.
